The prices are per day per apartment (for the services included please read Services) 

*Low Season periodi 7 january - 30 april e 1 october - 23 december

*Average Season periodi 1 may - 30 june e 1 september - 30 september

*Hight Season periodi 1 luglio - 31 agosto e 24 december - 6 january 

Are high season even three days before the day of Easter and three days later.

Length of stay

In the period 1 july - 31 august minimum stay 7 days, from saturday to saturday,

in the other periods at least 3 day no constraints on the day of arrival and departure.

During low and mid season for stays than 7 days 20% of the total stay.

Arrival time from 16:00 to 19:00 (unless otherwise agreed)

Check out by 10:00.

Booking terms and conditions

Payment of deposit of 30% on the total time of the booking confirmation.

The reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

The request for availability is not binding on the parties.

For stays of less than 5 days is required to pay the total amount on confirmation of booking.

Payments

The payment of the deposit and / or balance can be made by bank transfer, credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

Payment of balance on arrival for stays longer than 5 days.

Canceling reservations

If written notice of cancellation at least 60 days prior to arrival, will not be charged any fees and will be refunded the entire deposit (except bank charges).

In case of cancellation 60 to 30 days before arrival will be charged 30% of the total.

For cancellations less than 30 days of arrival will be charged the full amount of the booking.
